Vivendi Pursuing Options for Possible Sale of Activision-Blizzard

The makers of popular games like the Call of Duty Franchise, World of Warcraft, and Diablo is for sale, according to majority shareholder Vivendi’s CEO Philippe Capron.

The board of Activision-Blizzard has previously expressed interest in buying out Vivendi’s 60%, valued at $4.3 billion, but other suitors such as Microsoft, Disney, and private capital groups.
