Adnan Farhan Latif Dies in Cell After 11 Year Detention Without Being Formally Charged with a Crime

Adnan Farhan Abdul Latif, detained for 11 years at Guantanamo Bay though never formally charged with any crimes, was found dead in his cell according to a Pentagon spokesman. He is the ninth death at the facility since opening in 2001.
