Over 50 Arrests Made in Libyan Consulate Attack

Approximately 50 arrests in connection with the attack on the United States Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, were initiated by the Libyan government according to Libya’s President Mohamed Magariaf in an interview on Sunday with “Face the Nation.”

President Magariaf claims the attack was undertaken by foreigners and that it was a calculated assault yet this claim is not corroborated by any evidence obtained by the United States according to United Nations Ambassador Susan Rice.

The apparently spontaneous protests that erupted in front of the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi and that claimed the lives of American Ambassador Chris Stevens as well as three other consulate employees began in response to an offensive YouTube video posted by a rumored porn-director and con-man with one alias being ‘Sam Bacile.’
