Beautiful, stunning visuals that recall the first movie. Actors that seem competent and believable in this extraordinary yet familiar setting. A retelling with modern technology of a genre-defining classic or a completely new take entirely, BLADE RUNNER 2049 is poised to be the film of the year for this humble author.
