Candace Bure Leaving Television’s “The View”

In an announcement sure to disappointment approximately no one, Candace Bure announces her departure from The View with characteristic histrionic splendor

Candace Cameron Bure is leaving ‘The View’ from USA TODAY

The View’s conservative voice announced she was leaving the oft-cited, oft-maligned daytime television talkshow during an opening segment. In a paean to herself, she mourned her inability to “do it all” and claimed that she is not “Superwoman” in amazingly cliche moments of structured humility. Citing her commitments to her family and the Netflix show “Fuller House,” Candace Bure thanked her cohosts with particular thanks to Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg. Bure joined the hosts in 2015 and this year marks her second full year in the position. The View Executive Producer Candi Carter said: “On behalf of everyone at The View, it’s been a pleasure working with Candace, a devoted mother, talented actress, and passionate co-host who never hesitated to speak her mind. She will always be a part of The View family, and we will gladly welcome her back to the show to support her.”
