Tech company MediaBridge is learning the hard way that the customer truly is always right at Amazon.com after being banned as a vendor from the online sales giant following MediaBridge’s attempt to sue an Amazon.com reviewer who posted a negative product review to the website. The review, harsh and critical of the product and customer service, quickly became the “most valuable” review and prompted a direct response from MediaBridge to the customer, a maneuver that was perhaps ill-conceived and short-sighted in hindsight.
