If you’re like me, you probably wish the cars featured in the Fallout universe were real. I don’t know why, but I love the design of American luxury cars up until about the mid-sixties. The Cadillac Ciel concept is a four door convertible concept that resembles the land yachts of old. It drips with old American style. Most Cadillac concept cars never see the light of day, except for the Converj concept which is apparently being transformed into the Chevy Volt-based ELR. The music is kind of ridiculous and a little over the top but hey, this is a car brand that used to have fins and enough chrome to blind a person so over the top is a relative thing.
